- Your Student ID was emailed to you when your school enrolled you. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from noreply@edtechplus.ai.
- If you can't find it, ask a parent, teacher, or your school's STEAM coordinator — they have a record of your ID.
- Last resort: contact our support team at support@edtechplus.ai with your full name, school name, and the email you used to enrol. We'll reply within one school day.
Privacy note: We never share Student IDs over public channels (text, public Discord, etc). Only by email to the address on file or in person at your school.
