Head of Geography Curriculum
Dr. Mitchell holds a PhD in Geographic Education from University College London and has 18 years of experience designing geography curricula for international schools across four continents. She previously served as Head of Geography at the International School of Geneva and led the development of GIS-integrated geography programmes for the IB Diploma.
Her research focuses on the intersection of GeoAI and geographic education — specifically how machine learning tools can be used to deepen students' understanding of spatial patterns and environmental change.
