Welcome to EdTech Plus Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and EdTech Plus Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the EdTech Plus Ltd. platform at edtechplus.ai, including all related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You may register using your email address or through supported social login providers (Google, Facebook).

The Platform supports the following account types:
Instructors retain all intellectual property rights in the course content they create and upload to the Platform, including but not limited to video lectures, written materials, quizzes, and assignments ("Instructor Content").
By publishing content on the Platform, instructors grant EdTech Plus Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the Instructor Content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Platform and terminates upon removal (subject to reasonable caching and backup periods not exceeding 90 days).
Upon valid enrollment (free or paid), students receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit:
While we strive to ensure that course content is accurate and up to date, EdTech Plus Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any course content. Course content reflects the views of the respective instructors and does not necessarily represent the views of EdTech Plus Ltd.
Course prices are set by instructors and displayed in the currency applicable to your region. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. We support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.
All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable. Once a course or subscription has been purchased, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of usage, completion status, or circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Notwithstanding the above, EdTech Plus Ltd. reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, or where required by applicable law.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. The final charge may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
Instructor revenue shares and payout schedules are governed by the separate Instructor Agreement. EdTech Plus retains a platform commission as specified in the Instructor Agreement.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without refund, at our sole discretion.
The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks ("EdTech Plus," the EdTech Plus Ltd. logo), software, source code, algorithms, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by EdTech Plus Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to our designated copyright agent at legal@edtechplus.ai with the following information:
You may submit content to the Platform, including course reviews, forum posts, chat messages, Q&A responses, and assignment submissions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant EdTech Plus Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
User Content must not:
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so for quality, legal compliance, and community safety purposes.
Live classes on EdTech Plus Ltd. are conducted through third-party video conferencing services, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. By participating in live classes, you agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of the applicable video conferencing provider.
Live classes may be recorded by the instructor for later viewing by enrolled students. By participating in a live class, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may turn off your camera and microphone.
Participants in live classes must maintain professional and respectful behavior. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session and potential account suspension.
Live class availability depends on the instructor's schedule and the reliability of third-party video conferencing services. EdTech Plus Ltd. is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Upon meeting the completion requirements set by the instructor (including but not limited to watching all required video content, passing quizzes with a minimum score, and completing assignments), students may receive a Certificate of Completion.
Certificates issued by EdTech Plus Ltd. represent completion of a specific course and are not academic degrees, professional licenses, or accredited credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise. The value and recognition of certificates depend on the policies of the institution, employer, or entity to which they are presented.
Each certificate includes a unique verification number and QR code that can be validated at edtechplus.ai/verify. Certificate verification remains available for as long as EdTech Plus Ltd. operates the Platform.
EdTech Plus Ltd. reserves the right to revoke certificates if the student is found to have violated these Terms, including but not limited to cheating on assessments, sharing credentials, or engaging in plagiarism.
EdTech Plus Ltd. may offer subscription plans that provide access to a catalog of courses for a recurring fee. Plan features, pricing, and included content are described on the subscription page.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time, except as required by applicable law.
Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDTECH PLUS LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDTECH PLUS LTD. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EdTech Plus Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@edtechplus.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware.
YOU AND EDTECH PLUS LTD. AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings or by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees except as provided in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features (e.g., Instructor Agreement, Subscription Terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and EdTech Plus Ltd. regarding the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet disturbances, or third-party service outages.
