Section 1
Navigate to the Register page from the top navigation.
Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.
Select your Country — this sets your default language and currency.
Click the green Sign Up button.
Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
You are now a Student by default and can browse and enroll in courses.
Go to the Login page from the top navigation.
Enter your Email and Password, then click Log In.
Alternatively, use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Facebook for social login via Keycloak SSO.
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? to receive a reset link via email.
Student — Browse courses, enroll, learn, take quizzes, earn certificates, chat, and participate in forums.
Instructor — Everything a student can do, plus create and manage courses, track earnings, and create coupons.
Parent / Guardian — View linked children's attendance, grades, fees, and message teachers directly.
Organization Admin — Manage all users, courses, timetables, and settings within their organization.
Admin — Platform-wide management of users, courses, payments, and content.
Super Admin — Full unrestricted access to everything, including creating and managing organizations.
Section 2
After logging in, you land on your Dashboard — your learning home base.
Stat cards show: Enrolled Courses, Completed, In Progress, and Certificates Earned.
The Continue Learning section shows your 3 most recently accessed courses with progress bars.
Use the tabs (All | In Progress | Completed) to filter your courses.
The Bookmarks section shows lessons you saved for later review.
Recent Activity displays a timeline of your latest actions: lessons completed, enrollments, and certificates.
Click Courses in the top navigation to open the AI Courses Plus.
Browse courses displayed as cards showing: title, instructor, rating, review count, student count, price, and level.
Use sidebar filters to narrow by category, level, price range, and rating.
Use the search bar for instant search with autocomplete suggestions.
Click any course card to view the Course Detail page with curriculum, instructor bio, reviews, and Q&A.
For free courses, click the green Enroll Now button for instant enrollment.
For paid courses, click Add to Cart or Buy Now to proceed to checkout.
Click the cart icon in the navigation to view your shopping cart.
Remove courses with the X button, or enter a coupon code and click Apply for discounts.
The subtotal, discount, tax, and total are calculated automatically.
Click Proceed to Checkout to enter billing details and select a payment method.
17+ payment gateways supported: Stripe, PayPal, RazorPay, PayStack, Flutterwave, MercadoPago, JazzCash, Coinbase, Bank Transfer, and more.
On success, you are redirected to a confirmation page with course access. Download your invoice as PDF.
Click Continue Learning on any enrolled course to open the Learning View.
The left sidebar shows a collapsible chapter list with lesson items, types (video/text/PDF/quiz/live/SCORM/H5P/assignment), and completion checkmarks. Locked lessons show a lock icon with drip content unlock dates.
Video lessons use a branded Video.js player with: green progress bar, speed control (0.5x–2x), resume playback (saves every 10s), Picture-in-Picture, keyboard shortcuts, and dynamic watermark (your email). Auto-completes at 90% watched.
Text lessons display rich content with formatted text, images, code blocks, and math equations (KaTeX/LaTeX). PDF lessons open an embedded viewer with download option.
SCORM lessons run in a sandboxed iframe — your progress, score, and bookmarks are tracked automatically. H5P interactive content renders inline with 40+ activity types (interactive video, drag-and-drop, flashcards, branching scenarios, speech recognition, and more).
Assignment lessons show instructions, rubric, and deadline. Upload your submission via drag-and-drop. View your grade and instructor feedback after grading.
Below the content, switch between tabs: Overview, Q&A (post and answer questions with threaded replies), Notes (private per-lesson notepad, auto-saved), and Resources (downloadable files attached by the instructor).
Click the bookmark icon on any lesson to save it for later. Bookmarks appear on your dashboard.
When you reach a quiz lesson, click to start. Timed quizzes show a countdown timer.
Question types include: Multiple Choice, True/False, Fill-in-the-Blank, Matching, Drag-and-Drop, and math equations (LaTeX).
Navigate between questions using Previous/Next buttons or click question numbers in the progress bar.
Click Submit Quiz when done — a confirmation dialog appears before final submission.
Results show your score, percentage, letter grade, pass/fail status, and question-by-question review.
If retakes are allowed, click Retake Quiz to try again.
Certificates are automatically generated when you complete all required lessons and pass all required quizzes.
Navigate to Certificates from your dashboard to see your certificate gallery.
Each certificate shows: course title, certificate number, issue date, and your name.
Click Download for a PDF certificate, or Share to post on LinkedIn and social media.
Every certificate has a public verification URL and QR code — anyone can verify its authenticity.
Navigate to Assignments from your dashboard to view all assignments across your enrolled courses.
Filter by status: All, Pending, Submitted, or Graded.
Click Open Assignment to view instructions, due date with countdown, and the file upload area.
Drag and drop your submission file or click to browse, then click Submit.
After grading, you see your score and instructor feedback. Resubmission may be available.
Chat: Access real-time messaging with three tabs — Direct (1:1), Groups, and Courses. See typing indicators and green online dots.
Forum: Browse categories, create new topics with the rich text editor, reply to discussions, and upvote helpful answers.
Live Classes: View Upcoming and Past classes. Join via Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams when live. Add to Calendar for reminders. Watch recordings after class ends.
Earn points for completing lessons (+10), passing quizzes (+25), completing courses (+100), daily logins (+5), and referring friends (+50).
Unlock achievement badges for milestones like First Enrollment, Fast Learner, Quiz Master, and Streak Champion.
View the Leaderboard (Weekly | Monthly | All-Time) to see your rank among all students.
Share your unique referral link to earn bonuses when friends sign up and enroll in paid courses.
Your Wallet shows your balance, transaction history (earned/spent/refunded), and cashback offers you can apply at checkout.
View available subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) and course bundles with discounted pricing.
Subscribe to a plan for unlimited access to included courses. Auto-renewal is on by default.
The bell icon in navigation shows your unread notification count. Click to see recent notifications.
Go to Notification Settings to toggle preferences by type (course, payment, system) and choose email frequency (immediate, daily, weekly).
Click your avatar to access Profile settings: update your avatar, name, bio, preferred language, currency, and timezone.
Change your password from the security section.
View Active Sessions to see all devices where you are logged in, and remotely sign out from any device.
Your account is protected by device fingerprinting and rate limiting (10 login attempts per minute).
Section 3
Log in as a student and navigate to your Profile.
Click Apply to Become an Instructor and fill in: unique username, bio, social links, and qualifications.
Submit your application — an admin reviews and approves or rejects it (you receive an email notification).
Once approved, you gain access to the Instructor Dashboard with course creation tools and earnings tracking.
Your dashboard shows: Total Students, Total Revenue, Active Courses, and Average Rating.
The Revenue Chart displays monthly earnings over the past 12 months.
Recent Sales table lists: date, course, student, amount, commission, and status.
Quick Actions: Create Course, View Earnings, Manage Coupons.
Step 1 — Basic Info: Title, slug, rich description (TipTap editor), category, language, level, and tags.
Step 2 — Curriculum: Add chapters with drag-and-drop ordering. Add lessons of any type (see Lesson Formats below). Set lessons as Free Preview.
Step 3 — Media: Upload a thumbnail image (1280×720px recommended) and a preview video.
Step 4 — Pricing: Set the price (or $0 for free), optional original price for strikethrough discount display.
Step 5 — SEO: Meta title, description, Open Graph image. JSON-LD structured data is auto-generated.
Save as Draft to continue later, or Submit for Review to send to the admin approval queue.
Video Lessons — Upload directly (multipart + TUS resumable), or embed from YouTube, Vimeo, VdoCipher, or Google Drive. Auto-transcoded to 360p/480p/720p/1080p HLS with DRM via AWS MediaConvert. CloudFront signed URLs. Resume playback saves every 10 seconds. Auto-completes at 90% watched.
Text Lessons — Rich content via TipTap editor: headings, bold/italic, lists, code blocks with syntax highlighting, tables, blockquotes, embedded images/media, hyperlinks, and KaTeX/LaTeX math equations. Stored as JSONB.
PDF Lessons — Upload PDF documents to S3. Embedded PDF viewer in the learning interface with download option.
Quiz Lessons — Embedded assessments with 8 question types: Multiple Choice (MCQ), True/False, Fill-in-the-Blank, Matching, Drag-and-Drop ordering, Short Answer, Image-based questions, and Math Equations (LaTeX/KaTeX). Configure time limits, randomization, pass score, retakes, and auto-grading.
Live Class Lessons — Schedule live sessions on Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Per-instructor OAuth credentials. Automated reminders at 24h, 1h, and 15min. Add to Calendar (Google/Outlook). Overflow to YouTube Live for 1000+ participants. Recordings auto-saved for replay.
SCORM Packages — Upload SCORM 1.2 or 2004 ZIP packages to S3. Served via CloudFront in a sandboxed iframe. SCORM runtime API tracks completion, score, time spent, and bookmarks. Progress syncs with enrollment tracker.
xAPI Content — Built-in Learning Record Store (LRS). Tracks xAPI statements (verb + object + result) from any xAPI-compliant content. Activity data feeds into analytics dashboards.
H5P Interactive Content — Upload H5P packages rendered via h5p-standalone. Supports 40+ interactive types: Interactive Video (hotspots and quizzes at timestamps), Course Presentation, Drag and Drop, Flashcards, Memory Game, Timeline, Branching Scenario, Interactive Book, Speak the Words (speech recognition), Dictation, Mark the Words, Image Hotspots, Virtual Tour 360, and more. Completion tracking synced with enrollment.
Assignment Lessons — Create assignments with rich-text instructions, grading rubric, deadline, and allowed file types. Students upload submissions via drag-and-drop (stored on S3). Late submission tracking with configurable penalties. Instructor grades with score + feedback. Rubric-based grading support.
Drip Content (Controlled Release) — Time-based: unlock lessons on specific dates (e.g., Chapter 2 unlocks 7 days after enrollment). Sequence-based: unlock only after previous lessons are completed. Shows lock icon with unlock date/condition.
Per-Lesson Q&A — Students post questions tied to the specific lesson. Threaded replies from instructor and peers. Upvoting for helpful answers. Instructor can mark the best answer as Solution. Notifications when questions are answered.
Student Notes — Per-lesson private notepad. Auto-saved to the database. Reviewable later from the Notes tab in the learning view.
Downloadable Resources — Attach supplementary materials per lesson: PDFs, code files, datasets, slides, cheat sheets. Stored on S3 with signed download URLs. Students download from the Resources tab.
Bookmarks — Bookmark any lesson with one click. Bookmark list accessible from the student dashboard for quick navigation.
Progress Tracking — Redis fast writes for real-time updates (every 10s for video). PostgreSQL durable storage. Per-lesson completion checkmarks in the sidebar. Per-course percentage progress bar. Auto-resume: the platform remembers the last accessed lesson and video position.
Quiz Configuration — Time limit (minutes, 0 = unlimited), randomize questions, randomize answer order, show/hide correct answers after submission, pass score percentage, max retakes, auto-submit on timer expiry, question bank pull (randomly select N questions from a larger pool), drop lowest score.
Best Practice — Mix formats within each chapter: Video → Text Summary → Quiz for varied engagement. Add quizzes after every 3–4 lessons. Use H5P for language courses (Speak the Words, Dictation, Fill in the Blanks). Use drip content for cohort-based courses. Enable Q&A so students can ask questions in context. Attach resources to every video lesson.
View your total revenue, commission rate (e.g., 70% instructor / 30% platform), net earnings, and pending payouts.
The Monthly Earnings Chart shows your revenue trend over time.
Click Request Payout to withdraw earnings. Confirm bank details and submit.
Payouts are processed via Temporal workflow, typically within 3–5 business days.
Track payout status: Pending → Approved → Processed.
Create coupons with: unique code, discount type (percentage or fixed), value, applicable courses, usage limit, and expiration date.
Share coupon codes with your audience to drive enrollments.
Track usage in the table: times used, total discount given, and revenue impact.
Section 4
Use the child selector dropdown at the top to switch between children (if you have multiple).
View quick stats: Attendance Rate, Average Grade, Pending Fees, and Unread Notices.
See attendance summaries with progress bars, top 4 subject grades, and upcoming fee deadlines.
Navigate to Attendance to see your child's overall attendance rate with a visual progress bar.
Monthly summaries show Present, Absent, Late, and Excused counts per month.
Daily records table shows each day's attendance with color-coded status: green (Present), red (Absent), yellow (Late), blue (Excused).
Filter by status type to see only specific records (e.g., only absences).
Use the term selector to switch between terms (e.g., Spring 2026, Fall 2025).
View GPA (e.g., 3.7/4.0), class rank, and subject count at the top.
Subject breakdown table shows: Subject, Teacher, Assignments %, Quizzes %, Midterm %, Final %, Overall %, and Letter Grade.
Color-coded progress bars: Green (90+), Blue (80–89), Yellow (70–79), Red (<70).
Click Download Report Card for a PDF version.
View summary cards: Total Outstanding, Total Paid (year-to-date), and Overdue Invoices.
Filter invoices by tab: All, Pending, Overdue, or Paid.
Click Pay Now on any pending invoice to pay online with 17+ payment gateways.
View payment receipts and transaction history for completed payments.
Navigate to Messages to see all teachers who teach your child, listed in the sidebar.
Click a teacher to open the conversation thread.
Type your message and press Enter or click Send. Your messages appear on the right (green), teacher messages on the left.
Use messaging for: homework questions, grade discussions, absence reporting, or general inquiries.
Section 5
Campus Management: Create and manage multiple campus locations with address, phone, and departmental structure.
Department Management: Build hierarchical department structures with parent/child relationships.
Academic Years & Terms: Configure academic years with start/end dates. Create terms (Semester, Quarter, Trimester) within each year.
Grade Levels: Configure grade levels (Grade 1–12, A-Level, etc.) for your institution.
Room Management: Track classroom inventory with room name, building, floor, capacity, and equipment.
Define school periods with start/end times and break indicators.
Create class sections with assigned teacher, room, capacity, and academic year/term.
Build timetables by assigning subjects, teachers, and rooms to each time slot. The system detects scheduling conflicts.
Teachers mark attendance: Manual or QR code from any device. Bulk marking available for entire classes.
Status types: Present, Absent, Late, Excused, Early Departure. Parents are notified automatically on absence.
Teacher Substitutions: Log substitute teachers with reason when a regular teacher is absent.
Teachers set up weighted grade categories (e.g., Assignments 30%, Quizzes 20%, Exams 50%).

ET+ provides instant responses with links to relevant pages and courses.
Course information — "What courses do you offer?" or ask about a specific subject like "Tell me about AI Physics Plus."
Pricing — "How much do courses cost?" or "Do you offer school discounts?"
Grade levels — "What grades are covered?" or "Is there content for A-Level students?"
AI features — "How does AI help with learning?" to learn about adaptive learning and misconception detection.

When you first open ET+, you will see suggested questions you can click for instant answers.
Suggestions include: "What courses do you offer?", "How much do courses cost?", "What grades are covered?", and more.
You can also type your own question in the input field and press Enter or click the send button.
Use the refresh button in the header to clear the conversation and start fresh.
Section 9
I did not receive my verification email — Check your spam/junk folder. Use the Resend Verification option on the login page. Emails arrive within 1–2 minutes via Amazon SES.
My video is not playing — Ensure a stable internet connection. The player adapts quality (360p–1080p) automatically. Try refreshing or clearing your browser cache.
I completed a course but did not receive my certificate — Certificates are auto-issued when all required lessons and quizzes are complete. Check your progress page for any incomplete items.
I was charged but my enrollment did not activate — Wait 5–10 minutes for webhook confirmation. Check your Orders page. Contact support with your Order ID if the issue persists.
A lesson says "Locked" — The course uses drip content. Lessons unlock by time or sequence. Check the unlock date displayed on the locked lesson.
The live class Join button is not working — The button activates only when the class is live (within 5 minutes of start). Ensure you have the correct platform app installed.
How do I cancel my subscription? — Go to Subscriptions, find your active plan, and click Cancel. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I change my role? — Role changes are handled by admins. Students can apply to become Instructors via their profile. Contact your admin for other role changes.
